Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, hire and manage staff, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals. You will complete a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success and ongoing development within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support continuous development and leadership growth within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.
