You'll undergo an 8+ week leadership training program, with ongoing development and a robust benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and support to team members; participate in an 8+ week leadership program.
