Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
