Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer First Culture in the assigned store.
• Conduct weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with trained management team members.
• Create the work schedule according to operating hours for sufficient staffing.
• Comply with company programs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze business processes to achieve profitable store goals.
• Evaluate each employee's job performance against goals.
• Perform required reports related to business operations.
• Connect with the community for relationships and store success.
• Secure lottery tickets and perform daily audits.
• Administer corrective action plans and conference reports.
