Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead in Albuquerque, NM to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will guide the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure brand standards while delivering memorable, personalized shopping experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and inventory replenishment, with a focus on omni-channel engagement and community-minded store culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Ownership mindset with strong teammate collaboration.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and encourage performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
