Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or assistant management is preferred.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage store associates and scheduling in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead and execute Lids selling strategy for sales targets.
