Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for one of our retail locations in Albuquerque. This role oversees daily operations, keeps the store well-stocked and clean, and ensures excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

The candidate will help recruit, train, and support Sales Associates to meet store goals. Qualified applicants will have 1+ years of retail experience (preferred) and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
