Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and drive strategies.
• Experience planning and executing events and marketing activations.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and lead a team.
• Flexible to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and analyze data to set strategies.
• Set individual goals for sales associates aligned with store goals.
• Motivate staff to achieve productivity and service standards.
• Lead events, client previews and in-store activations to grow base.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supervisors on opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Oversee operations: cash controls, inventory, loss prevention, payroll.
