The role requires 3+ years in retail supervision, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and strong communication skills. You will manage staffing, training, and merchandising to meet business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail supervisor experience in a high-volume store.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in HR management and supervising teams.
