LOFT is seeking a Store Manager in Kansas City to lead the customer and associate experiences at Store 2939-Legends at Village West. You will drive profitability through exceptional service, strong visuals, and community engagement.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily operations including opening and closing, and use reports to build short- and long-term retail plans, while maintaining a welcoming store environment for all customers and associates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset in customer and associate interactions.
• Strong people management and talent development ability.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficiency and experience operating a point-of-sale system.
