Trek Bicycle is hiring a Store Manager for Trek Store Robinson. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, ensure world-class customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team. This role blends leadership, merchandising, and operational excellence in a busy retail environment.

Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, with performance incentives and strong benefits. You’ll shape the store culture, coach staff, and partner with the community to deliver top results.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required.
• Leadership experience in a team setting.
• Passion for cycling and bikes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading from the floor with hospitality and by top-tier performance.
• Lead training across key areas and validate through coaching and tools like Trek U.
• Host bi-weekly leadership meetings with the leadership team and DRIs to review performance and plan ahead.
• Maintain an organized, shopper-friendly store with strong merchandising and displays; oversee inventory and store operations including QuickBooks exports.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development; support HR processes.
