Trek Bicycle Tampa store is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead all aspects of daily operations, guest experiences, and team performance. You’ll set the standard for world-class service, coach staff, manage budgets, and drive sales in a busy retail environment.

You’ll mentor a diverse team, build a culture of hospitality, and partner with leadership to ensure the shop is the community’s go-to biking destination. If you love bikes and leading people, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentorship experience in retail management.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, budgets and store operations.
• At least 2 years in retail environment.
• Passion for biking and customer service.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store floor, drive sales and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Contribute to budgeting, reviews, and coaching.
• Oversee training, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
