The role requires 5+ years of retail management, flexible availability, and the ability to mentor staff and maintain store standards. This is a full-time on-site position in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, including Store Manager responsibilities.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to prioritize a customer-centered culture, drive operational excellence, and deliver business results.
• Hire, develop and coach an effective retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Own the store’s financial performance; manage payroll and schedules; achieve sales goals.
• Lead the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team.
