Job summary

Spirit Halloween seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-volume seasonal operation and drive sales while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on managing staffing, merchandising, inventory, and store setup/teardown, with accountability for profitability and shrink control. This position requires flexibility, a 21+ age minimum, and prior retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21; must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services and controlling expenses.
• Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
