Vineyard Vines is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Sawgrass Outlet in Sunrise, FL. You will support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching a sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand vision.

Responsibilities include driving sales, scheduling, training, and maintaining store standards while ensuring profitability and compliance with retail policies.

Qualifications

• Nine months or more as Assistant Manager in a similar volume retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven success in staff development and mentorship.

Responsabilités

• Support the Captain(Store Manager) to lead the store and achieve sales and profitability.
• Drive customer experience by delivering the brand vision and hosting the customer.
• Develop and manage schedules, train crew, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Ensure store operations align with brand standards, policies, and loss prevention.
