Vineyard Vines is seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team in Bluffton, SC. You will drive profitable sales, coach staff, and manage merchandising, branding, and customer engagement on a daily basis.

You will own operations, scheduling, and inventory control, while building community ties and increasing client acquisition. A proven track record in retail leadership and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail supervisor experience in a similar volume environment.
• Proficient communication skills – verbal and written.
• Experience in HR management is a plus.
• Strong inventory management and merchandising abilities.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Business acumen and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and mentor store teams to achieve profitable sales and strong performance.
• Develop business plans to drive top and bottom-line results through team engagement.
• Create an energetic, omnichannel sales floor experience to strengthen brand connections.
• Build client relationships and community engagement to grow repeat and new customers.
• Own merchandising presentations to drive product sell-through.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team with transparent communication.
• Plan succession and staffing to meet future store needs.
• Forecast and schedule to maximize sales and support store operations.
• Foster inclusivity and a fun culture to retain top talent.
• Educate team on P&L to control costs and ensure compliance.
