Job summary

Dollar General in Crosby, TX is seeking a store manager to lead all store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. You will recruit, train, evaluate, and retain personnel while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal and state labor laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and handle counseling or termination when needed.
• Oversee cash handling, cashier accountability and store security.
