You will drive sales, manage store operations within budget, and coach associates to achieve goals. The role requires a strong leader with retail management experience, a passion for hair and beauty, and the ability to uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals within budget, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best at all times.
