Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Novi, MI. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching associates, and driving financial results to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to support your success. This role requires a high school diploma and Serve Safe certification, with flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain Panda standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
