You will manage merchandising, loss prevention, scheduling, and daily backroom activities while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team.

You will recruit and mentor Associates and Assistant Managers, develop sales initiatives, and analyze performance to meet store targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience as Store/District Manager in dynamic, high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a large team and drive sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and provide insights on pricing and assortment.
• Focus on Loss Prevention and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards in service and presentation.
• Provide action plans for store initiatives with clear targets and priorities.
