Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial performance.
• Hire, coach and supervise store associates to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Lead the 8+ week store leadership training program and support ongoing leadership development.
