Mother's Market & Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Anaheim, CA. You will oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure outstanding customer service, while promoting wellness and community standards.

Responsibilities include leading store workflows, training staff, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring performance. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to safety and exceptional service.

Formación

• Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and support store and restaurant workflows.
• Coordinate training, manage schedules, coach team members.
• Greet customers, handle inquiries or complaints, and assist on the sales floor.
• Monitor sales and labor metrics and relay insights to teams.
• Maintain store standards and safety protocols.
• Support merchandise displays and product placement strategies.
• Cover staff breaks and shift changes as needed.
