• Participate in recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Actively lead on the floor, model best practices, and ensure business priorities are met.
• Drive store priorities and execute operational strategy for the store and its functional areas.
• Maintain store policies, protect assets, and escalate issues with leadership and People partners as needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple's values in daily activities.
