Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations in our Toledo, OH location. You will recruit, train, and develop both part-time and full-time staff, manage payroll, and ensure top-notch customer engagement in line with brand standards.

You will also oversee inventory, OMNI Channel operations, and store maintenance while coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience or supervisory role in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure visual displays meet Brand and Corporate standards.
