Walmart is seeking a dynamic leader for Frisco, CO to manage store operations, drive sales, and mentor a large team. You will oversee daily store functions, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold Walmart's values.

The role emphasizes training, compliance, and community involvement within the Academy framework. Ideal candidates will have substantial general management experience, a history of leading large teams, and a strong focus on cost controls, budgeting, and performance

Formación

• 4 years general management experience including financial accountability.
• Experience supervising 50+ exempt and non-exempt associates.
• May require firearms background check for facilities that sell firearms.
• All job-required trainings and assessments must be completed.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility operations and manage the management team to drive performance.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, and inventory control to drive sales.
• Support the Academy training environment and store standards.
• Uphold Open Door Policy and engagement with associates, customers and community.
• Lead community outreach and relations for the facility and external organizations.
