Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development in Live Oak, Florida. You will assist with merchandising, payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, and ensuring a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with experience in retail or grocery management preferred. This position offers full-time hours and opportunities to train and lead Store Associates.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor, including seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
