EssilorLuxottica's Sunglass Hut is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales-focused team on the floor, delivering The Sunglass Hut Experience to every customer. You will coach and mentor staff, recruit and train, and maintain brand standards while driving sales and ensuring excellent service.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail, strong-store operations knowledge, and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for fashion sunglasses and customer care.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Proven ability to manage all store operations end-to-end.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-the-floor operations and model The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Coach, develop and inspire team to drive sales and service.
• Recruit, hire and train new staff to staffing needs.
• Set performance goals and monitor progress with development plans.
• Build customer relationships and ambassadors for the brand.
• Communicate promotions and incentives to the team.
