Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist customers; strong communication is essential.
• Familiarity with planograms and merchandise presentation guidelines.
• Basic math for transactions, discounts, and percentages; cash handling.
• Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate a cash register and complete transactions accurately.
• Willingness to drive to bank deposits as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays per planograms.
• Clean the store, manage trash, and maintain restrooms/stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager directions.
• Perform duties of Store Manager/Asst. Manager in their absence.
