Qualifications

• 18+ years of age to work in store operations.
• Previous management experience in a retail operation or with Parker’s Kitchen.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Completion of food safety certification within first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within first 120 days.
• Store Leaders must be able to work varied hours, days and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and coach team members to maintain high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead, plan, and organize store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Manage staff, delegate tasks, and ensure proper training and motivation.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, ordering, and stocking.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor and improve financial performance, including budgets, sales, and profitability.
