Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Starbucks Store Manager to lead the team and deliver the Starbucks Experience for guests at our Birmingham location. You will supervise staffing, training, evaluations, scheduling, and ensure service excellence, while upholding safety and store standards.

You will drive financial performance and maintain product quality, coaching Team Members and ensuring a positive, productive work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in hospitality or retail settings.
• Proven ability to train, evaluate and discipline staff.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem solving.
