Job summary

Scooter's Coffee in Menasha, WI is seeking a Store Leader to be the heartbeat of the location. You’ll oversee staffing, guest experiences, operations, and store culture, building a high-energy, service-oriented team that embodies Scooter's Core Values: Courage, Humility, Integrity, Love.

You’ll lead by example, drive profitability, ensure standards and safety, recruit and develop staff, create efficient schedules, and report on store performance to the District Manager.

• Keep the Store Looking & Running Great through appearance, cleanliness, food safety, and equipment care.
• Build & Develop Your Team via interview, hiring, training, and ongoing coaching.
• Master Staffing & Scheduling by determining daily/weekly needs and creating effective schedules.
• Drive Sales & Profitability by seeking growth opportunities and managing expenses.
• Lead by Example as the in-store role model for operational excellence and core values.
