Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives a consistent, quality experience.
• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Maintain speed of service during high-volume peaks.
• Train & Develop Your Team: Assist the Store Leader with onboarding and training new team members.
• Drive Sales & Profitability: Seek opportunities to increase sales through upselling.
• Operational Expertise: Be the subject matter expert in cash handling, POS, procedures, health and sanitation, store metrics.
• Support Store Leadership: Help find coverage for open shifts and assist with administrative duties.
