Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials in CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage site functions as listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees; ensure excellent customer service and proper scheduling.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and promote safe, professional image in the community.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, training and safety awareness for all employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication among staff; hold regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files, reports and postings; oversee stock and merchandising.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and profits; manage budgets and margins.
