• Makes recommendations on pay rates and advancement.
• Communicates performance and safety expectations; coordinates meetings and events.
• Ensures proper staffing and opening/closing of store several times per week.
• Evaluates statements to identify trends, expenses, shrinkage, and errors.
• Oversees stock replenishment and inventory management weekly.
• Facilitates staging, stocking, and storage of merchandise per company processes.
• Maintains proper merchandising presentation, pricing, and signage.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and cash control procedures.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and a safe, clean store environment.
