Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with a focus on reducing shrink.
• Attract, recruit, and develop talent by providing training and ongoing development; mentor and model a supportive environment for associates and customers.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store initiatives; contribute to succession planning to meet future needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
