Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer First Culture in the assigned store
• Conduct weekly management team meetings/monthly store meetings
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with trained team members
• Create work schedule to ensure sufficient staffing
• Comply with company programs, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and analyze business processes to achieve goals
• Observe and evaluate employee job performances
• Perform required reports with an understanding of the price book
• Connect with the community for store success
• Secure lottery tickets and perform daily audits
• Administer corrective action plans as needed
• Assume responsibility for assignments
