Job summary

Rodda-Miller Paint Co. is seeking a Store Manager in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, to safeguard market interests and inventory while guiding store operations. You will recruit and develop staff, drive service excellence, and maintain a positive, winning workplace with a focus on efficient operation.

You will lead with vision, manage daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies, while inspiring a motivated team to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of coating/management experience; proven leadership and staff development.
• Understanding of budgeting, P&L, inventory, logistics and daily operations.
• Strong time management, safety compliance, and attendance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Display integrity and maintain a professional, positive store environment.
• Lead staff development and customer service excellence with a proactive approach.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage, and adherence to safety rules and procedures.
• Manage payroll timekeeping, scheduling, leaves, and regulatory compliance.
