Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store by hiring, mentoring, and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and mentorship as part of the Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Support store leadership and drive performance through staff development and customer service excellence.
