Job summary

As part of the management team, you will oversee staffing, training, merchandising, and retail analytics, while maintaining health & safety standards and company policies. This role emphasizes leadership and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, store maintenance, safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, analyze sales data and drive revenue growth.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
