Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA considerations and ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program and pursue ongoing development.
