Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store under supervision.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve targets and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
• Provide leadership and support to the team during peak periods.
