Candidates should have 2-4 years of supervisory experience in retail, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Flexible shifts, and eligibility to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to stand and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in all store operations.
• Assist customers in purchases and develop customer connections.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and team members.
• Cover Store Manager duties when the Store Manager is not present.
