Job summary

Rocket stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to support daily store operations and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment. You will cover Store Manager duties during their absence and help customers with purchases while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail supervisory or team-lead positions, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment when the Store Manager is away.
• Assist customers in purchasing products and develop customer connections.
• Lead in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure high standards of service.
