Aurum is selecting a producing Store Lead to take ownership of a wireless sales operation inside an established big-box retail location.

Store Leads do not manage from the sidelines. They establish the standard, coach their people, recruit new talent, protect the retail relationship, solve problems, and sell alongside their teams.

This position is designed for a leader who wants genuine ownership and measurable responsibility.
