Job summary

GALLS, LLC is the largest supplier of uniforms and equipment to public safety professionals, with a national footprint of 80+ locations. As a Lead Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sizing and fittings, and help customers select the right products to meet their needs.

You will work on the sales floor, process transactions, upsell items, and collaborate with Branch Operations, Sales, and corporate teams while upholding our PROUD to Serve mission.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience desired.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Friendly, honest, and dependable — you love to connect with people.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills — you can develop relationships quickly.
• Resourcefulness — you know where to find answers.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale systems; willing to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Management with multiple functions in running the store, mentoring, and coaching staff.
• Greet customers promptly and build trust.
• Respond to customer needs on the floor and answer questions on price, quality, and usability.
• Upsell products and recommend add-ons to boost store profitability.
• Present and arrange products to promote sales and maintain stock.
