Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand 7–8 hours per day; lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible work location; may work at other Orange County stores as needed.
• Reliable transportation to attend company meetings; varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations to meet revenue and expense goals.
• Provide backup to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Oversee staff, training, and daily tasks; supervise Sales Associates and Volunteers.
• Support merchandising, signage, and customer service initiatives.
