Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a capable retail professional to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will oversee opening/closing procedures and perform essential administrative tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

You will lead floor activities, drive sales, ensure merchandising standards, train staff, and uphold store policies to meet company goals. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Communicative and able to lead a team.
• DRIVE to achieve results and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales effort and drive profitability by meeting or exceeding store goals.
• Communicate store goals to staff to maximise team contribution to sales plan.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associates' safety and report hazards to management.
• Process register functions and ensure proper adherence to procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement them correctly.
