Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology systems including POS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Open and close the store when scheduled as manager on duty.
• Train and develop team to deliver brand standards and excellent customer experience.
• Utilize store reports to drive business decisions and performance.
