Job summary

Kindthread in Indianapolis is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership, drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure a top-notch guest experience. This role involves stepping in as manager on duty, coaching team members, and upholding visual merchandising standards to meet targets in a competitive market.

You should have 1–2 years of retail or sales leadership, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a proven track record of achieving personal and store goals.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience.
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
• Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• PT 15-29 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets in addition to your own personal sales goals
• Support managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance for the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
• Take on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty, which includes coaching and training team members
• Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
