• Customer Service - 2 years preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Model excellent customer service, build brand loyalty, and help associates meet revenue goals.
• Implement merchandising directives and set up displays to boost sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and process shipments.
• Meet operational deadlines and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Train, delegate, and supervise staff; drive and achieve retail sales metrics.
• Lead store operations when the store manager is off duty.
